George W. Bush passed the USA PATRIOT act which is an acronym that stands for "Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism".
the homeland securtity act
George W. Bush also introduced the Homeland Security Act on November 25, 2002 in the aftermath of 9/11. The Homeland Security Act's primary mission is to prevent terrorist attacks within the United States.
No child left behind act
It authorizes several federal education programs that are administered by the states. States are required to test students in reading and math in grades 3-8 and once in high school.
